We aim to provide reliable and high-quality virtual services for both operational and administrative support. We are committed to our clients’ satisfaction. We will refund their amount if they are not pleased with our services and have a genuine reason for a refund request. Please read our refund policy to understand when and how to request a refund and what the non-refundable circumstances are. By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

14-Day Refund Eligibility

All our customers remain eligible for refunds within the first 14 days of service activation or payment. However, refunds are not automatically guaranteed; rather, they are issued under specific conditions outlined in our policy, and you agree to these conditions at the time of contract. Our services involve resource allocation, time and labour, so refunds will occur in the following situations only:

  • • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to start working within the committed timeline, you will be eligible for a refund. In case we don’t complete the service within the decided period, you can also request your amount back. In the event that we have some technical issues, national holidays, or any other issues, we will be responsible for providing you with a valid justification.
  • • Service Quality Concerns: If we deliver low-quality services as compared to what we claim before or during the onboarding process, we will refund your amount. If the service scope and expectation are not met as discussed, you may request a refund within the 14-day window.
  • • Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel your service before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund. However, we will not be held responsible for the refund of work or hours already completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following circumstances will remain non-refundable under every condition:

  • • Partial or Completed Work: Services that have already started will not be refundable without a solid reason, such as low quality or scope. Similarly, for all the services, partial or substantial work has been delivered; refunds will not be provided.
  • • Client-Related Delays or Issues: We will not be held responsible for a refund for client-affected service delivery. If the process goes late because you reply to us late, provide incomplete details, approval delays, change of scope after service has started, or documentation, the refund will not be executed.
  • • Subscription and Ongoing Services: For monthly or recurring virtual assistant services, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle once service hours have been used or delivered.
  • • Customised or Dedicated Services: Highly tailored tasks, dedicated assistants, or time-reserved services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

How to Request a Refund

  • • You will submit your request within the first 14 days of service activation to [email protected], including your project name and other details.
  • • You must highlight the reason for the refund request and make sure it is logical and aligned with our above-listed refund conditions.
  • • You will attach all the documents and evidence, if applicable, to support your argument. It will boost your refund application success chances, making it valid.
  • • Our team will go through your application and respond to you within three business days. They will respond to you, highlighting the reasons for incompatibility if the application is declined.
  • • If approved, our team will start working on your refund immediately. However, it will take 1 to 2 weeks to complete the process because of the company’s operational flow and transaction method.

Refund Method & Processing Time

  • • We process all refunds in the original payment methods. Hover, if you ask another way, we accept your request and process it in your preferred transaction method.
  • • We review your application within three business days, but processing time may take around 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
